Rah Rah Community Theatre Company thinks it is essential that now more than ever vulnerable and isolated people stay connected with the rest of the world and do not feel alone. Therefore the company with Arts Council Funding has put together several exciting activities for you and your service users.

 

• The first is our new show, “Online Antics”, a fun interactive online variety show performed by two of our talented professional actors. The show consists of a selection of songs, poems, short quizzes and a reminiscence activity. The show will be done online via zoom.  We understand that going online for some can be daunting but we will be on hand to offer clear instructions and technical help.  Those unable to connect online can call in and listen via phone. You can book as a group and connect from different locations, or book a single slot to join a group of other individuals. The show costs £150.00 and is available all year round.

 

• The second is a “Sunshine Call”.  One of Rah Rah’s lovely actors will brighten your service user’s day by giving them an individual phone call. The phone call will be a slightly shorter version of the show above over the phone and also a chance for the person we are calling to connect and talk through how they are doing.

 

• The third is a FREE fun downloadable Activity Pack we have compiled to help encourage you to be creative during lockdown and beyond. The activities can be done on your own or with loved ones, or can be run by an activities organiser in a care home, or with your carer in your own home.
